Hairglim Beauty Salon - Policies & Terms of Service

At Hairglim Beauty Salon, we strive to provide exceptional hair and beauty services while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Please review our policies before booking an appointment.

1. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, when an appointment is booked, it reserves exclusive time in our schedule for you.

• Haircuts: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Color & Specialty Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations: If notice is not given within the required timeframe, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.

• No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost before rebooking.

2. Late Arrivals

Punctuality is important to ensure a smooth workflow and provide the best service for every client.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without notifying us, your appointment will be considered a no-show and will be automatically canceled. The full service fee will be charged.

3. Service Liability & Disclaimer

At Hairglim Beauty Salon, we take pride in using professional techniques and high-quality products. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as individual outcomes may vary based on hair history, texture, and post-care.

• Hair color services: Results depend on hair condition and previous treatments. Any concerns must be reported within 7 days for possible adjustments.

• Hair treatments, keratin, deep conditioning, and chemical services: Longevity depends on proper aftercare and hair condition. We provide guidance but do not guarantee duration.

• Tape-in extensions: Adjustments for minor fixes are available within 14 days; beyond this, maintenance services are charged separately.

Hairglim Beauty Salon is not responsible for any changes, fading, damage, or dissatisfaction caused by:

• Failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.

• Use of non-professional or drugstore hair products.

• Exposure to chlorine, salt water, or excessive heat styling.

• Home treatments or services performed by other salons.

4. Refund & Redo Policy

• No refunds will be issued for any service rendered. However, if you are unsatisfied, a correction appointment may be offered within 7 days of the original service.

• Corrective work is subject to stylist assessment and does not apply if aftercare instructions were not followed.

5. Independent Contractor Disclaimer

Hairglim LLC is not responsible for services provided by independent contractors operating within the salon. These professionals manage their own pricing, scheduling, and liability. Any concerns regarding services rendered by independent stylists or technicians must be addressed directly with them.

6. Variations in Pricing

Pricing may vary for services requiring additional time, product usage, or complexity. Intricate color corrections, elaborate styling, or custom treatments will be quoted based on the work performed.

7. Kids Policy

Hairglim Beauty Salon is a kid-friendly environment; however:

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior towards staff or other customers will not be tolerated.

• Our service providers have the authority to halt services if necessary to maintain a professional and safe environment.

We believe in fostering a respectful atmosphere and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to our salon standards.
